They do all they can to deliver their Hiramasa Kingfish to Endeavour Foods in the most environmentally responsible way, farming in big pens, with nothing but clean, cold ocean water lying between them and Antarctica.

Luv A Duck

Owen has 25 years of fishing history and runs Wedge Island Fishery, a boutique supplier harvesting the waters between Cervantes

and Lancelin. 

The business is family owned and operated by five generations of  West Australian commercial fisherman.

Endeavour Foods source our amazing WA Akoyas from Leeuwin Coast, who harvest them from the cool waters around  Mistaken Island, near Albany.

Lime Caviar

Owned and operated by Sea Harvest, Running Wild Fishing Co 

supply Endeavour Foods with Shark Bay Tiger & King Prawns, along with

Shark Bay Scallops.

The waters around Shark Bay have twice the salinity of normal ocean water, resulting in a unique sweet-salty flavour profile in their seafood.

Blue Pearl Oysters are harvested by Biomarine at Mahurangi and Kaipara Harbour on the north island of  New Zealand. The pristine waters here are a significant factor in producing these world-class premium oysters.
