Only harvesting for two to three days each week, the live Venus Clams from the pristine waters of Shark Bay are simply magnificent, sweet, and succulent. The team hand rakes through the sand in the shallow waters off the beach, usually collecting small quantities of clams with each harvest, only taking what they know they can sell. The Venus Clams feel heavy for their size, which is attributed to the clean and fresh waters of Shark Bay.
